The flower was nice.The only problem was the flower was delivered after the funeral. Could not deliver the day of the funeral which was a Saturday. So used the next alternate day which was Monday. I received a email on the Monday saying it was delayed until Tuesday. I called with my reference number and they said they are sorry and will try to get it delivered Monday. They couldn’t do it and had to settle with a late delivery on Tuesday.

We ordered this for a funeral of a great friend, and wanted something special but not too large as they requested donations for another cause. My husband and I were both very impressed with the quality of this arrangement. The cross was glass, not plastic, so will be able to be used by the family in the future. The variety of white flowers was very nice, as well as fresh. I would certainly recommend this arrangement, and may order it for myself at Easter.

For the price, in a large city with easy access to a fresh flowers I was expecting a better arrangement. First. The flowers were mostly white as expected, however had little variety. second. As requested they were delivered to the funeral home by 2pm Saturday for a 2pm funeral on Sunday, however by then they were brown tipped and wilty. Third. The arrangement wasn’t shaped as the picture. Just rounded off as any normal very small bouquet and was extremely small. Four. They were also a shoved into a very small container. Had it been shaped as the photo purchased it would have measured as the description on the website.

When my son died on July 1st in the funeral was July 7th. We received five of these bouquets. I have no idea what those people paid for it. It. But the one that I saw at this particular funeral for Tommy Dembeck was the smallest I had ever seen. I can't tell you if the others people paid more money for theirs, but my had more flowers. I am pleased that you had the same cross. I have nine children and I would have liked to have purchase that cross for the rest of my children. My friend loved it so much that she took it to her home instead so they could enjoy it. She took a photo of it on her mother's (who had passed) coffee table so it could be easily viewed.
